The Advisor Engagement team’s mission is to be a trusted and valued partner for all Hightower businesses. The team is comprised of experienced consultants and our mandate is to accelerate growth in your business. We do this by providing consulting services in a wide range of functional areas including: strategy, marketing, business development, operations, technology and human capital.
Step 1: Understanding Your Vision
Our advisor engagement team will partner with you from the start, and will act as a key advocate and facilitator from the very beginning of your time at Hightower.
This engagement will kick off with a series of in-depth discussions to discover the objectives, drivers, strengths, and areas of focus for the business.
Step 2: Goal-Setting
Throughout these discussions, we will uncover the specific goals of the firm. This is a collaborative discussion; setting these goals can then help us fill in the building blocks of how to get there, and set timetables and expectations.
Step 3: Plan
Create project plans, process and determine the people who will execute the work to help you achieve the goals for growth and ongoing success.
